The BTW is a 38-39km loop which starts from Waimes station to return there (otherwise it would not be a loop ..) passing through the municipalities of Bütgenbach, Büllingen (Bullange) and Amel (Amblève). You will find many possibilities on the way to quench your thirst or eat (see page of links).
Depending on your training level, allow 6 to 8 hours to complete the loop.
Such an outing requests minimum preparation and is not taken lightly!
In a few numbers
- 38 km including 23 from RaVel, 10 from country roads, 5 from « city » roads
- +/- 400 meters of positive elevation and necessarily the same in negative.
- 42 caches including 3 bonuses, 3 letterboxes, 3 multis, TB Hotel

- Bring water and / or something to snack on.
